What is it? It is a grouping of Independent Unions and Employee Associations who have banded together for a free exchange of information relative to the Independent Union Movement. It is a non-political, non-sectarian clearing house for information and advice relative to the duties and responsibilities of Independent Union Leaders who are adamant in retaining the autonomy of their local organization and are willing to volunteer their assistance to any other Independent Group requiring help in this field of endeavour. It is a strong and solid alternative to the traditional union structures that have controlled the Canadian Labour Scene for many years. |TOP|
