Helping Independent Unions Thrive in Today's Labour Movement The Canadian National Federation of Independent Unions (CNFIU) is a hub for Independent Unions to get up-to-date, accurate advice and assistance to help your membership flourish in todays ever-changing labour movement. As an independent union/association, you already know the many benefits of being independent. CNFIU will assist your organization while allowing you to maintain your autonomy, which is the reason you formed an independent union/association.
