Happy New Year To Our Members!

Dear Members,

On behalf of the Executive Board and Staff of CNFIU, I hope everyone enjoyed a festive holiday season with their friends and family.

We are very proud of our members and the work they do in the community. Looking back over the past year’s many accomplishments; this feeling of pride only grows. We have worked hard to ensure that our members get the representation they deserve. The Spring and Fall seminars were both very well-attended and our leadership and stewards gained the knowledge and tools they need to provide our members with the best possible representation in the workplace. The seminars also allowed our members to get to know each other and helped us gather valuable input from our members that will help us plan future seminars and improve our Union.

We will continue to work hard in 2012 to make sure that our members are well-represented and we keep the lines of communications open. I appreciate your feedback and welcome any suggestions that will help CNFIU grow and will help the Executive Board and Staff prepare for the challenges ahead.

I look forward to seeing many of you in the coming year and wish all our members a 2012 filled with peace, happiness and success!
